A member who has aggregately purchased up to HKD 1,600 (at the standard selling price) in this website will be granted a VIP membership. Being a VIP, you will enjoy the VIP privilege price in the purchase.

The final interpretation of “VIP membership and privileges ” is decided by our company.

Goods Return Policy

Greenprint Limited is dedicated to provide our customers with the best digital printing services. If you find any of your received items to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will unconditionally provide you with replacement service.

Please contact us at cs@greenprint.cc within seven (7) days of shipment receipt to request for Goods Return and provide the following details:

Your account name

Your Purchase Order and the item(s) you want to return

Reason for requesting the return

Terms and conditions for Goods Return

All items returned for exchange should be sent back to our office with prior authorization

Greenprint Limited is not responsible for any return shipping cost

Greenprint Limited is not responsible for items lost during return shipping

- Greenprint Limited reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Greenprint Limited's decision will be final.

Greenprint Limited firmly commits to protect your personal information. All data collected including names, email addresses, correspondent addresses, credit card information and purchasing records will not be sold, exchanged or let out to third parties.
